I dedicate my entire practice to representing individuals in personal injury and wrongful death claims. I have represented injured persons against insurance companies for more than 25 years. Prior to moving to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, I was a partner in my family's three-office law firm in south Texas, which recovered over $100 million in jury verdicts and settlements for injured victims and decedents' families in the 1990s, including individual jury verdicts of $44.6 million, $11 million, and $7.5 million to name a few.
My philosophy is that an injured individual should never have to pay unreasonably high legal fees to receive high quality legal representation. "Jury Awards $2 million in Personal Injury"
After more than a week of Trial on November 23, 2011 Rick Eddington received a verdict of $2.215 million on behalf of an injured driver from a Denver jury. The insurance company offered $1 million as settlement. Mr. Eddington within the past year has settled two additional cases in excess of $1 million, the specifics of which are the subject of confidentiality agreements.
