Todd Elenz

Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Todd's practice focuses on business, real estate, and construction law, splitting his time between litigation and transactional work. He also provides mediation services for those with real estate and/or construction disputes. His clients include businesses, individuals, homeowner associations and estates.

Todd prides himself on his attention to detail and practical analysis of legal issues. Before entering private practice, he worked for the Magistrate Division of the Oregon Tax Court where he researched state and federal tax law and drafted court decisions resolving lawsuits over personal and business income and property taxes.

Before attending college and law school, Todd raced bicycles at the elite level across North America and Europe. For three of those years, he lived in West Flanders, Belgium, while competing for a Belgian team. Todd remains an avid cyclist and advocate of the sport, including coaching the junior cycling program for the Winter Sports Club in Steamboat Springs.
